| Prevents nick changing on a channel. |

| Special Notes
|
| Some networks dislike this mode as it breaks several unwritten rules of the IRC protocol - one of these being that channel modes will not effect state globally. By stopping a user changing their nick completely, you change state globally rather than just upon that channel. |
